The Butterfly Effects Leadership Team

Charlotte Fudge, MSN, RN, BCBA®
Chief Operational Officer
Mrs. Fudge is co-founder and chief executive officer of Butterfly Effects, LLC. She helped co-found Butterfly Effects with the mission of researching and developing the most effective educational, behavioral practices in use today and the most efficient means of delivering them. Charlotte's current focus here at Butterfly Effects is to help professionals make outcome evaluations a part of their daily clinical practice. After years of experience working in programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities, it became incredibly apparent to her the disconnect between research and practice. She hopes that the Butterfly Effects system will improve practice efficiency, ethical standards, client outcomes, and increase the amount of research available to community.
