You may need to back this up a bit and start associating the bathroom with a reinforcer before even placing the demand to use the potty. Pair a strong reinforcer with just entering the bathroom, then just flushing etc. Try the different colored water,or the "target" floating item. These may help take the stress off and might actually turn out to be more fun(hopefully creating a more relaxed environment with less anxiety)
