You make a great point, people often forget that learning should also be naturalized and most importantly fun! It is amazing how many social/language skills can be taught when kids are playing in sprinklers or the pool! The difficult part on our end is trying to develop programs that are still individualized to the needs of the students yet are therapeutic in nature. The best idea I have come up with is joining with a 'typical' camp to offer our services in combination with theirs... Any ideas of where I could start looking for a camp that would be interested?
