does anyone know of an all natural alternative to ritalin for adhd?

I have heard that Melatonin can sometimes be used as an alternative. As with any medication pleae check with your doctor before trying anything.

I also heard about melatonin being an alternative and that it also works as a sleep medication. But I would do some more research on it.
