I have a 8 yr old son with ADHD. He is on Adderall 25mg. Since the divorce things have gotten worst.- throwing chairs, throwing tantumes when he dosen't get his way. I have put him in time out, taken toys away,. He sees a therapist weekly. What more do I do? What am I doing wrong?

What are the events that are triggering the tantrum?  What typically happens right before the behavior?  What is most likely to make the behavior happen?  What is the least likely thing to make the behavior happen?
