Big Darn Words

I noticed one of the posts used a pretty large word, the meaning of which I have no idea. I have read a lot about the underlying causes of some of my childs issues and of course have watched a number of the shows on TV, especially Larry's show with Jenny McCartney. Are these diets/meals worth it in the long run? I have changed my childs diet a number of times and have not seen any significant changes, although she did become a lot more irritable and aggressive when I removed some of the sweeter things that she liked, so I just let her have them. I did not see where any harm was being caused. Also it seems that there are so many opinions and thoughts on diets that you cannot seem to get a straight story

The diets definitely can be confusing - there are so many... GFCF, Specific Carbohydrate, Body Ecology, Feingold, etc.  However, after lots of research and implementation with my own son, I do find that they carry many of the same principles and if implemented step-by-step can have profound impacts.

The best place to start if you are considering nutritional interventions is with a consult with someone who is qualified/knowledgable on the subject matter.  I suggest checking out the BioBalance Program.  The program will provide you with the information necessary to help you decide what/how/when to make dietary changes.
