I know that there are many educational DVDs out right now, and I am curious on Parent's opinions on the different DVDs.

I like the teach2talk videos - a la Jenny McCarthy. Basic play, nouns, and verbs are good for beginners. Also, oddly enough, when my son watches his own Butterfly Effects review videos they help him to remember everything he is learning!

I have the first of her videos that she did. I thought they were actually pretty good, as I not really been a fan of hers at all. Not sure why I am prejudiced against her, but I am :-). Maybe it's because she is a movie star.

Are the Butterfly Effects videos something that you can create yourself? I have looked everywhere on the site but have not found out where I can get a review video. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have a friend who is sold on the following company for parents with kids needing verbal and communication skills. She said she would lend them to me, so I will follow up when I get a chance to watch them.

I let Jack watch his program review videos every once in a while on the computer from the Butterfly site. He really gets into them and they are very reinforcing. I will try the site you suggested!
