Hyrum Estrada

Hyrum Estrada is currently attending FAU as an undergrad student. He is majoring in psychology with the intention of becoming a clinical psychologist one day. Hyrum has taken advantage of working with Butterfly Effects with the hope of gaining experience in the science of ABA and how it can change behavior. He loves working with kids and witnessing their innocence; Hyrum knows that with love, patience, and a good attitude all types of changes can be brought about the lives of these wonderful children.

Jenny Falter

Jenny Falter has a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Clinical Child Psychology from The University of Dayton, in Dayton, Oh. She has worked in the past in a school setting with children and teens experiencing severe behavior handicaps and with teens who have drug and alcohol addictions. Jenny has joined Butterfly Effects after staying home for several years to raise her own 3 children, one of whom is diagnosed with ADHD. She is excited to have the opportunity to work in this rewarding field with children and families again, and is looking forward to gaining a better understanding of children with autism and other special learning needs.

Charlotte Fudge

Mrs. Fudge is co-founder and executive director of Butterfly Effects, LLC. She helped co-found Butterfly Effects with the mission of researching and developing the most effective educational, behavioral practices in use today and the most efficient means of delivering them. This system would allow those in need access to the very best services in the most cost effective way possible. She is currently enrolled in Nova Southeastern University`s Doctorate of Special Education Program. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst as well as a Florida Registered Nurse.

Sara Gaddy

Sara has five years experience serving children in their classroom and home therapy programs. Her experience began in the Plano Texas School District working primarily as a classroom shadow then advanced to teaching assistant in the special education department. During the summers, Sara continued working with her students in their summer school programs. Sara believes she has found her true calling in life and cherishes the relationships with the clients and their families. Her hope is that she will have the same lasting effect on the client that the client will have on her.

Carolyn Gilbert

Carolyn Gilbert has worked extensively for over ten years with children on the Autism Spectrum. Previously, she worked with families and schools in Northern Virginia and the D.C. area for eight years, with children ranging in age from toddlers to middle school students. In addition to a B.S. in Psychology from George Mason University in 1998, she has had training and experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Verbal Behavior, Floortime, and Relationship Development Intervention. Carolyn loves working with children and finds it very rewarding to watch their progress. She believes there is a solution for every child`s education and advancement, especially as she has strongly advocated for excellence in educational programs for her own daughter with learning disabilities.

Dr. Lisa Grossman

Lisa Grossman, Ed.D, CCC-SLP joined the Butterfly Effects Program Developer team as an expert Speech-Language Pathologist. Dr. Grossman is a native of New York who earned her bachelors and masters degrees in the field of Speech-Language Pathology. She went on to become a graduate of Barry University where she earned her doctoral degree in Education. She has identified, assessed, and treated a variety of speech and language disorders including articulation, language, pragmatics, and fluency. Dr. Grossman is certified by the American Speech-Hearing Language Association (ASHA) and licensed to practice by the state of Florida. Dr. Grossman is an influential member of the Program Development team and is excited to be working to expand the scope of services on the platform to include speech and language pathology.

Robyn Grossman

Robyn graduated with a Masters in Teaching from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She currently holds dual teaching certification in Elementary Education and Exceptional Student Education. She is currently receiving supervision from Butterfly Effects, while attending Pennsylvania State University`s Behavior Analysis graduate training program. Robyn has worked both in the classroom and in home programs.

Mr. Juan Hernandez

Juan Hernandez has been working with children for the last three years. Most of his experience has been working with kids diagnosed with Autism, ADD, ADHD, and Asperger`s ranging from the ages of 6-18. He has been coaching children for the last four years in multiple sports and is currently the sports specialist at the Sagemont day camp in Weston. Juan is working on his BA in Special Education at Nova Southeastern University. His life, his love, and his career is children. Juan is a positive addition to the Butterfly Effects team.

Sheri Holland

Sheri began her work as a behavior specialist in 1999 working for Daytona Beach`s Exceptional Student Education department responsible for developing functional behavior assessments, monitoring reduction plans, and providing social skills training. In July of 2005, she relocated to South Florida and began working for a company that specialized in Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and early intervention services to children on the Autism Spectrum. Ready to advance her career, she joined the Butterfly Effects Team in 2007 as a Program Implementer and quickly advanced to take the role of Lead Teacher in the Butterfly Effects School Inclusion Program. Sheri`s combined experience in the school and clinic setting has made her an incredible asset to the Butterfly Effects organization.

Lauren King

Lauren King recently joined Butterfly Effects as a Program Implementer. She has a Master`s in Clinical Psychology from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology and is currently a 4th year doctoral student. Lauren has experience working with children and adults in a therapeutic context. She loves experiencing positive changes alongside children and their families.
