Ms. Strunck serves as the area coordinator of services in NC. She has a BFA, and is Nationally Certified in Massage therapy with two published studies on Autism and Massage. Ruth moved with her Family from Florida three years ago. there she served as President of the Broward County Autism Society for three years, and conceived SPEC Group inc., Ruth advocated with State law makers, and served on a State appointed Task Force that assisted in redesigning the Medicaid Waiver Program. In N.C. Ms. Strunck serves on the board of the Union County Autism Society, she conceived the Autism Task Force which works with The Union County School System. Ms. Strunck assisted in broadening behavioral service choices for those who recieve Waiver services, and has recently been named Parent of The year by the Union County ARC.
Ruth is the proud Parent of two children living with Autism.
