Feedback on Professional Crisis Management Training

Dear Butterfly Effects,

I would like to say thank you very much for all of your assistance.  I did the PCM Pracitioner training over the weekend and the instructor, Kate, was very wonderful.  She is very knowledgeable in her field.  I have great admiration for her and just would like you to pass that on to her.  Even though it was the weekend and the stuff she taught us was tough, the way in which she did was fascinating.  Once again, "Thank you" for a great experience.
