When I'm at the store
Sometimes my mommy takes me to the storeSometimes we go alone, and sometimes my sister comes with us
I can find many great things at the store that I really like
And sometimes I want to go see these things
But before I can see something that I like in the store I need to ask mommy for permission
Asking my mommy if I can see something that I like is very important
I know she will be very proud of me for asking
Sometimes my mommy will say “yes” and let me see what I want
And sometimes my mommy will say “no”
When my mommy says “no” I need to stay next to her and be patient
My mommy will be very happy if I am patient
I know I can wait and be patient because I am a big boy now
