Position Information

Program Consultant Positions

We have positions available for all disciplines involving children with learning and behavioral challenges, including Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Counselors, Behavior Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA), and Special Educators. Consultants are responsible for initial and ongoing program development addressing behavioral, communication, and/or skill acquisition needs as well as providing consultation, therapy, and oversight of implementers in the clients home, school, and community.

Applicants must be a licensed and/or hold current certification in their respective discipline, have supervision experience, and possess extensive experience with developmental disabilities. We are currently hiring positions for all office locations. Salary varies by position, location, education, and experience.

Program Implementer Positions

We have a variety of Program Implementer positions available, including Autism Tutor/Behavior Therapist, ABA Paraprofessional, Academic Tutor, and Respite Care Provider. Position responsibilities vary, but all Program Implementers are responsible for carrying out programs designed by the licensed and/or certified Consultants/Program Developers, as well as gathering data while working in the client’s home, school, and/or community. The Program Implementer working as a behavior therapist is responsible for providing behavior intervention to children with autism and other related disabilities. Services include the implementation of behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs as well as assisting consultants with functional behavior assessments and parental training. Respite providers support the child in his/her natural environment, helping them to participate in daily living and community based activities.

Applicants must be incredibly energetic and have a passion for working with children. Part time afternoon availability is a requirement, and weekend shifts are also available.  Salary varies by position, location, education, and experience.

Pre-Employment Requirements

All applicants must have a valid drivers license, First Aid/CPR certification,  reliable transportation, access to computer and internet to support the use of our online records system, and pass a Federal Background Check.
