Employment Information and Application
If you have all of the pre-employment requirements met you will need to do the following:
- Complete a Butterfly Effects Employment Application.
- Fax that application to 954.342.0273 or email it to Training@ButterflyEffects.com
Please allow for at least 4 days before contacting us with regards to your application and resume. This will give us the necessary time to review your application and resume and set up an interview time either in person or over the phone. If we feel that you are a potential candidate for one of our positions you will be:
- Contacted for an interview with human resources who will conduct and interview and explain your training requirements and salary.
- Pay rate is determined based on education and experience.
- Required to complete a release form for a level 2 background check and drug test.
