Natalie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Psychological Associate. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2000. Natalie discovered her passion for working with children and adults with autism, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injury while working as a habilitation technician. Thereafter, she returned to the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2003. She then went on to complete her master's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2007. Natalie joined Butterfly Effects in 2013 as a Clinical Supervisor to provide oversight for tutors, BCaBAs, and BCBAs in the implementation of individualized skill acquisition and behavior support programs.
