What does it cost

Butterfly Effects is currently the industry leader in behavioral, education services. Our extensively trained staff and state of the art programs have given caregivers the tools they need to take an active role in their child's treatment on a daily basis, more visibility and accountability with the progress that their child is making, frequent oversight by certified experts in the field, and access to in home/school support to make change possible.

Your Program Developer will include service recommendations in your assessment findings. Please note that we understand the financial constraints of having an ongoing program for your child and we will work with you to develop the most cost effective program for both you and your family. A description of these services can be found below:

Program Implementer Services: ($50-60/hr)

These services are utilized by our clients in both the child’s home and school environments to put into action the Program developed during the assessment. Our implementers have received extensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis. These services can be scheduled by calling the Main Office Line.

*Our data demonstrates that frequent analysis by a Program Developer is necessary for a successful program. Thus, it is mandatory if these services are received that a review be conducted as seen fit by the Developer (typically every two weeks of service). Rates for these services can be found below.

Program Developer Services: ($95/distance review; $200/onsite consult)

These services are utilized for intensive, hands-on parent training, school consults, and ongoing program reviews conducted for program implementer services. Onsite consults can be used as a current programming review of implementer services, for training of your child’s teachers, expert consultants at their IEP meeting, etc. Distance reviews provide a cost effective means of receiving feedback and program updates for those clients that receive ongoing implementer services. These reviews are conducted via video submitted by the program implementer and analysis of data collection input in your child’s account.

School Services

Butterfly Effects currently operates a Developmental Program for Children with Special Learning and Social-Emotional Needs at the Jewish Community Center of the Palm Beaches West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach Locations. Our program is run by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Special Education teachers who have the expertise to meet the daily behavioral, emotional and learning challenges that your child may be struggling with so that we can provider them with the skills to transition and succeed in a typical school setting.
